- How Durable are Runway heels? Lab tested to withstand 1000 pound force on open heel position. Note Subject to normal wear and tear of any women’s casual footwear.

- What is your return and exchange policy? Return accepted of un-worn pair only within 14 days of purchase with copy of receipt. Exchange within 30 days of unworn pair (subject to availability). Note: for unworn pair only.
